Continúan en el Tribunal Electoral los alegatos de oídas de los representantes de las organizaciones que quieren convertirse en partidos políticos, a fin de que los magistrados conozcan sus argumentos para la toma de decisiones con respecto a las impugnaciones de México Libre, Redes Sociales Progresistas, Fuerza Social Por México, Grupo Social promotor por México, Fuerza Social y Encuentro Solidario.
Debido a la emergencia sanitaria, las audiencias se realizaron por videoconferencia.
La semana pasada el representante legal de Grupo Social Promotor por México, Marco Alberto Macías, se reunió con el magistrado Felipe de la Mata Pizaña y posteriormente, el magistrado se comunicó con representantes de México Libre.
Los magistrados Reyes Rodríguez Mondragón y Janine Otálora Malassis, se entrevistaron con Margarita Zavala, Felipe Calderón, Fausto Barajas, Carlos Rodríguez y el ex magistrado Salvador Nava, para tratar el tema de México Libre el 22 de septiembre pasado, además de escuchar a Cesar Augusto Santiago y representantes del Partido Alternativa el 29 de ese mes.
El mismo día conocieron los alegatos de Hugo Eric Flores de Encuentro Solidario, cuyo registro está impugnado por el PAN, además de representantes de Grupo Social Promotor por México y con Fernando González de Redes Sociales Progresistas.
El magistrado José Luis Vargas escuchó a los representantes de las cuatro organizaciones mencionadas anteriormente el día 22.
El magistrado presidente Felipe Fuentes Barrera se comunicó con Cesar Augusto Santiago del Partido Alternativa el 29 de septiembre y el 28 lo hizo con representantes de Fuerza Social.
Los magistrados Indalfer Infante y Mónica Aralí Soto no transparentaron su agenda de actividades de todo el mes de septiembre.
