Hoy inauguran edificio B de la FCA
La inversión en la obra fue de 66 millones de pesos
Esta mañana serán inauguradas las instalaciones del edificio 2B de la Facultad de Contaduría, Administración e Informática de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), que ocupa un área de cuatro mil 350 metros cuadrados de construcción en el campus Chamilpa.
De acuerdo con la ficha técnica de la obra, el edificio fue construido por el Instituto Estatal de Infraestructura Educativa Morelos y se desarrolló en dos etapas insertas dentro del Convenio de Colaboración para la Potenciación de Recursos del Fondo de Aportaciones Múltiple (Escuelas al 100).
La inversión en este edificio es de 66 millones 119 mil 284.07 pesos. En la primera fase de la construcción se invirtieron 41 millones 35 mil 222.95 pesos, la cual inició en septiembre de 2016 y concluyó en octubre de 2017. La segunda fase requirió de 25 millones 84 mil 61.12 pesos e inició en el mes de junio de 2018 y concluyó en julio de 2019.
La segunda etapa se ejecutó en un plazo contratado de 120 días y sus espacios se distribuyen de la siguiente forma: Planta Baja: Mil 410 metros cuadrados. Auditorio con capacidad para 250 espectadores, biblioteca para 50 alumnos, así como espacios para archivo muerto, almacén gestión financiera, cubículo sindical, cubículo consejo estudiantil, módulo sanitario para hombres y mujeres, rack, escaleras, elevador, área de intendencia y supervisión, estacionamiento techado, cuarto de máquinas y subestación eléctrica.
El primer nivel tiene mil 40 metros cuadrados de construcción, con cinco aulas de cómputo para 40 alumnos cada una y cuatro locales de concesión. En el segundo nivel, que consta de 950 metros cuadrados se tienen cuatro aulas de cómputo para 40 alumnos cada una, espacios para la Secretaría de Extensión y para Servicios Escolares, un módulo sanitario para hombres y mujeres para personal administrativo, sala de juntas para16 personas, secretario académico, sala de juntas para directores con capacidad para 80 personas, Gestión Financiera y la Dirección.
En el tercer nivel, que ocupa 950 metros cuadrados de edificación, se cuenta con un aula de cómputo para 40 alumnos, cinco aulas para 30 alumnos, cada una para posgrado y diplomado, Secretaría de Investigación, sala de juntas con capacidad de 10 personas y 35 cubículos.
El programa de inauguración contempla la develación de la placa conmemorativa y mensajes del rector Gustavo Urquiza Beltrán y del director de la FCAeI, Felipe Jesús Bonilla Sánchez por la UAEM y por el gobierno del estado mensajes del Secretario de Educación, Luis Arturo Cornejo Alatorre, así como del gobernador Cuauhtémoc Blanco Bravo.
