Preside el gobernador ceremonia cívica conmemorativa del inicio de la Independencia de México

El acto protocolario se realizó de manera responsable en la Plaza de Armas “General Emiliano Zapata Salazar” de Cuernavaca, sin asistencia de público.

El gobernador de Morelos, Cuauhtémoc Blanco Bravo, encabezó la ceremonia cívica conmemorativa por el 210 Aniversario del inicio de la Gesta Heroica de Independencia de México, la cual se llevó a cabo en la Plaza de Armas “General Emiliano Zapata Salazar” de Cuernavaca de manera responsable sin la asistencia de público.

Durante este acto protocolario, en entrevista a medios de comunicación, el mandatario estatal calificó como buena la decisión de cancelar los festejos patrios como el tradicional Grito de Independencia y la verbena popular de la noche del 15 de septiembre, además del Desfile Cívico Militar, a fin de evitar conglomeraciones de personas y con ello, el riesgo de contagio por COVID-19.

Mencionó que para el Gobierno que encabeza es prioridad proteger y salvaguardar la salud de las familias morelenses, aun y cuando en este momento el estado se encuentra en color amarillo dentro del semáforo epidemiológico federal.

En la ceremonia, se llevaron a cabo los honores correspondientes e izamiento de Bandera, se entonó el Himno Nacional, además, el jefe del Ejecutivo estatal signó el Libro de Ceremoniales, tal y como lo marca el protocolo cívico.

El mensaje oficial a nombre del Gobierno de Morelos fue realizado por el secretario de Educación, Luis Arturo Cornejo Alatorre, quien destacó el orgullo de ser y vivir en este maravilloso estado, que a través de los años ha generado una identidad propia, con cultura única mezclada con usos y costumbres.

En ese tenor, Cornejo Alatorre afirmó que gracias a estas cualidades, Morelos ha logrado ocupar un sitio de privilegio a lo largo de la historia de México.

“Se viven momentos significativos, ya que el país y el estado se encuentran sitiados por una pandemia, un mal que se habrá de vencer con unidad, y así de nueva cuenta se gritará con orgullo que el pueblo de Morelos ha sido y sigue siendo un estado ejemplar para México”, aseguró el titular de la Secretaría de Educación.

A esta ceremonia asistieron el diputado Alfonso de Jesús Sotelo Martínez, presidente de la Mesa Directiva del Congreso local; Rubén Jasso Díaz, magistrado presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Morelos; el General de Brigada Diplomado de Estado Mayor David Vallejo Silva, comandante de la 24/a Zona Militar, así como integrantes del gabinete estatal.
